We stand behind the quality of product we offer and want to ensure all our customers are 100% satisfied with their purchase.  While refunds of PPE are not accepted in most cases, we will work to ensure any issues you have with an order are corrected as swiftly as possible.  If you are not satisfied with your order for some reason, start by giving us a call.  If together we decide a return is necessary, the process we follow is pretty simple.  You send the product back to us.  Once we receive and inspect the return, we will confirm receipt of the return via an email notification.  We will also notify you of the approval and processing of your refund.  Refunds typically take between 2 – 7 business days depending on your method of payment.
